We distilled tannin loaded oak staves with 12 botanica to create an initial tannin and juniper hit, followed by herbaceous’ flavours with hints of spice and toasty notes and a long complex finish.

Juniper, Kawakawa, Angelica, Coriander, Oak wine Staves, Tarata, Horopito, Citrus, Pepper, Ginger, Cassia Bark, Nutmeg & Honey.
