Tasting Notes
We triple distilled ‘The Vintner’ and added manuka to create a wonderfully complex Gin. Initial bold juniper hit, followed by sweet tannins and oak infused botanica, hints of spicy cinnamon, kawakawa and citrus. A long complex finish.
Botanical Ingredients
Juniper, Kawakawa, Angelica, Coriander, Oak wine Staves, Tarata, Horopito, Citrus, Pepper, Ginger, Cassia Bark, Nutmeg, Honey & Manuka.
All natural. No artificial colours. No preservatives.
