1564 was created to recognize the Shakespearian link between Stratford upon The Patea and Stratford upon Avon. The botanica for this blend were selected to represent the passion of Venus for Adonis and Adonis' passion for hunting.
Tasting Notes
Initial miro and juniper berries followed by a lovely blend of sweet rose petal, piney rimu, dry earthy dandelion root and angelica. Kawakawa and caramelised orange enrich the overall flavors of this Gin producing a long rich finish.
