Distillery

We make our Gin 310 meters above sea-level because the aspirations for our product are that high. Sustainability in our brand. Creating great spirits and feeling good about the way we make them go hand in hand at Fenton Street Distillery.

We use organically grown barley for our whisky, power from our solar panels to ferment and distill, recycled glass is used to make our Long Island bottles. Where we can we use paper certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) and the programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification (PEFCTM). Our water is deironized and our natural cork stopper comes from Portugual.

Most of our botanicals are organically produced.

Espresso Bar

Our Espresso Bar aims to offer the best choice of coffee for our discerning local, national and international consumers. We believe we have selected the best artisan coffee. Of course, we’ll leave that to our customers to decide.

At present we are using Proof ’n Stock Coffee from New Plymouth and our own blend of Peruvian and Papua New Guinean beans.
